Year 6 Blues Performances



Children in Year 6 have been learning about the Blues. We've been listening to 'Blue Monk' by Thelonious Monk, one of our Juilliard set works, for inspiration. We're now able to play an accompaniment, improvise and show a clear structure. What do you think about our performances?

    EBI : The music should have sounded sadder because our music kind of sounded happy and Blues music should sound sad.

    EBI: I think the piano could be more slow and sad.

    EBI: Th ending could have been a little more together and the drums could be a little quieter so you can hear the ukuleles and the cello
